INSURANCE & RATES

Insurance accepted: I am in-network with the following insurances in both NJ & TX

Aetna, BCBSTX, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Health, Baylor Scott & White and more. I charge $160/hr for individual private pay and $180/hr for family sessions.

I am also happy to offer sliding scale rates when I can so feel free to reach out for more info.

Payment is due at the time of session. I accept most major credit cards and HSAs.

Additional Fees

I charge $85 for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice from scheduled appointment time. I charge the full rate of session for appointments missed without notification before scheduled appointment time. Insurance will not cover costs of additional services and/or late cancellations or missed appointment fees.

Please note that I do not complete or provide documentation for Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork. My role as your therapist is to support your mental health and well-being through counseling services. I do not provide evaluations or administrative paperwork related to employment, disability, or medical leave.

If you require FMLA documentation, please contact your primary care physician or psychiatrist to thoroughly assess physical and psychological impairments in order to complete the necessary forms.
